As stated supra, the Defendant^{remained absentand did not turnup to controvert the} version of the O.A. of Applicant Bank.^{The EvidenceAffidavitcoupled with the recitals in the} documents viz., Exhibits Annexure-A^{to Annexure-Kmarked on behalf of the Applicant} Bank, established the claim of the Applicant Bank^{against the Defendantsand OA schedule} properties. Hence, I hold that the Defendants are^jointly and severally liable to^pay to^the Applicant Bank the claims made in the OA with^{futureinterest and costs}

l. In the result, the^present Original Application^is allowed^{ex_parte\4ath costs, as under:_}

O.A. No. 316 of 2022 filed by the Applicant Bank is allowed and debt^is determined^{wrth cost} agarnst the defendants. It is hereby ordered that applicanl bank^{is entitledto recover from} the defendants the total amount to the tune of Rs. 20,84,081.60/-^{(Rupeestwentylakh} eighty four thousand eighty one and^paise sixty only) with^pendentelite and^{future interest} @ 11.00o/o^per annum^{interest withsimple on the amount duefrom the dateof filing of the} Original Application i.e. 10/06/2022 till full and final realization of the^{claim amount.}

Amount, if any,^paid by the defendants in the loan accounts or amount, if any,^recovered by the Applicant Bank after filing of the O-A. the same be taken into account while arriving at the exact amount of dues/debt payable by the defendants. Accordingly,^pendentelite and future interest shall be calculated on the reduced amount.

Defendants are debarred from disposing, alrenating or dealing with any of the^properties belonging to them till the aforesard decretal debt is recovered from the defendants.

Defendants are^given a time of thirty days from the date of the Judgement/Final^Orderfor repaying of the above mentioned dues, so intimated to them. In case the defendants^{fail to} pay the dues within the above mentioned time, the applicant bank^js entitled to recover its dues by sale of secured assets, if any. Applicant bank^is also entitled^{to proceed against} personal properties of the defendants (8oth movable and ammovable) and also^proceed against the defendants^personally to^{recover the dues in accordancewith law.}

(s) Let the Certificate of Recovery be drawn up by^{Ld. Registrar forthwith in termsof} ludgement for issuance of the same against defendants^{in favour of theapplicantbank} under Section 19^{(22</sup> of the Recovery of^{DebtsandBankruptcyAct,1993and put up the} same for issuance of the Certificate.}

(6) Ld. Recovery Officer shall^{realizetheamountas per the Recovery Certificatefrom the} defendants in accordance with law.
