(l) O.A. No. 279 of 2023 filed by the Applrcant Rank^rs aliowed and debt^rs delermrned wrth

f cost agarnst the defendants. It rs hereby ordered that applrc.rnt b.rnk rs entrtled to recover from the defendants the total amount to the tune of Rs. 27,34,157.50/ (Rupees twenty seven lakh thrrty Four thousand one hundred hfty seven and parse frfty only) wrth pendenlelrle and future rnterest (or 10.35t'l, per annum lnteresl $/rth srmple on the amount due from the date of nIng ot the Oriqrnal App|catron t.e. 19/05/2023 trll lLrll and frnal rea|zatron of the clarm amount.

(2) Amount, if any, paid by lhe defendants in the loan accounts or amounL, if any, recovered by the Applicant Bank after filing of the O-A. the same be taken rnto account while arfivrng at the exact amount of dues/debt payable by the defendants. Accordrngly, pendentehLe and futurc rnterest shall be calculated on the reduced amount.

(3) Delendants are debarred from drsposrng, ahenatrng or dealing wrth any of the propertres belongrng to them till the aforesaid decretal debt rs recovered from the defendants.

(4) Defendants are grven a time of thirty days From the date of the Judgement/Frnal Order for repaying of the above mentioned dues, so intimated to them. In case the defendants fail to pay the dues within the above mentioned time, the applicant bank rs entitled to recover its dues by sale of secured assets, if any. Applicant bank is also entatled to proceed against personal propertres of the defendants (Both movable and rmmovable) and also proceed agarnst the defendants personally to recover the dues rn accordance wath law.

(s) Let the Certrfrcate of Recovery be drawn up by Ld. Regastrar forthwrth rn terms of Judgement for issuance of the same against defendants in favour of the apptrcant bank under Sectron 19 122) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 and put up the same for issuance of the CertrFrcate.

(6) Ld. Recovery Offrcer shall realzc the amount as^per the^{Recovery Certrflcatefrom the} defendants rn accordance wrth law.
