Ld. Advocate for the applicant has filed pursis at Exh – A/05 enclosing therewith postal receipts and served track reports of defendant No. 1 and unserved track report of defendant No. 2. In the pursis it is mentioned that defendant No. 1 is proprietorship firm who has been duly served and since proprietorship firm is served proprietor, i.e. defendant No. 2 is deemed to be served.
Matter is placed before Hon`ble PO for further proceedings on 08.08.2024.
