Counsel for applicant bank requests adjournment for filing affidavit of withdrawal of the present OA. A perusal of the file shows that from 21.12.2023 applicant bank seeks adjournment for filing affidavit of withdrawal, till date applicant bank has failed to file the affidavit of withdrawal. I found no ground to adjourn the matter for the same. Accordingly, the present OA stands dismissed .
