Registrar has put up this matter before me. It is stated that the bank has filed the original title deeds in this case. The case has been disposed of in the National Lok Adalat i.e. 09.12.2023. It is also stated that the defendants have made the whole of the payment. Nothing is due in this case.
In view of this, Registrar is directed to return the original title deeds in this case to the applicant bank, on submitting the certified copy of the same. Accordingly, MA stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
