Heard on the application for correction of the order dated 11.05.2024, passed in the Lok Adalat on 11.05.2024. It is stated that the bank had withdrawn this case on 11.05.2024 since, the account has been upgraded. However, while recording the final order it has been mentioned that the account has been settled at Rs.21,04,439.10p. The mistake is clerical in nature.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that in the final order dated 11.05.2024 instead of the words, “the account has been settled at Rs.21,04,439.10p in full and final settlement” be substituted with ‘the account has since been upgraded by the payment of Rs.21,04,439.10p’.
Court master is directed to make the necessary correction in the order dated 11.05.2024 after calling the record from the record room. Accordingly, the MA stands disposed of .
