Registrar has put up this matter before me. Heard on the application for returning the original title deeds to the applicant bank. It is stated that the bank had filed OA/TA No.46/2023, titled J & K Bank versus M/s Gamkhar Roller Flour Mills, for the recovery of its dues, which has been withdrawn by the bank on 11.05.2024. Counsel for the bank submitted that alongwith the TA, it has also attached the original title deeds. Since, the TA has been withdrawn by the bank, Registrar be directed to return the original title deeds to the applicant bank.
In view of this, Registrar is directed to return the original title deeds in this case to the applicant bank, on submitting the certified copy of the same. Accordingly, the MA stands disposed of .
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
