On 24^th March 2022, the applicant withdrew the Original Application. However, the applicant did not carry out the amendment based on the notification dated 4^th March 2020 by bringing Canara Bank on record. By the notification dated 4^th March 2020, the Syndicate Bank stood amalgamated with Canara Bank. The learned counsel therefore, requests the handing over of the original documents to the Canara Bank as per the Rules. Request accepted. The learned Registrar is directed to implement the order dated 24^th March 2022 read with the present order.

Miscellaneous Application No.60 of 2023 stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
