2.9.2024 Ld. Advocate, Mr. D. Basu Ray, Ms. Shreya Basu, and Ms. Soumi (Sl. No. 29) Das, appear for the Applicant and press the withdrawal petition, bearing application no. IA/1946/2023. In the above said application it was stated that the applicant has filed an application being aggrieved by the action of the bank. During pendency of the Recovery Proceedings there has been a settlement between the parties and the Bank has received full and final settlement of the dues. Hence, they do not want to proceed with the case. This application is affirmed by the applicant and his signature is identified by advocate on record. In view of this, no prejudice will be caused to the MA Respondent if their response is dispensed with in this IA. This instant MA and any other pending IAs are disposed of in the category of dismissed as withdrawn as settled. In view of dismissal of MA as withdrawn, the respondent bank is directed to issue ‘No Due Certificate’.
