| 1. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed Misc. Application for restoration of securitisation application which was dismissed by order dated 11.12.2023. 2. The ground which is taken is that they were only intimated on 11.12.2023 and they received the NOC from the earlier advocate on that date. The matter was dismissed for non prosecution as such there is not merit in the present application. 3. In view of the above, I pass the following order. ORDER A. The Misc. Application No.01/2024 stands dismissed. B. Let the applicant file fresh securitisation application as and when the bank takes appropriate action. C. The applicant is at liberty to take all the objections in new securitisation application which they might have taken in the present securitisation application. D. All pending IA in the proceeding, if any are disposed of accordingly. E. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site. |
