The applicant seeks the Tribunal’s permission to withdraw the Securitization Application stating that the entire dues as claimed by the secured creditor are paid. She further submits that the defendant bank has also issued a letter dated 27^th February 2023 confirming the same. The defendant bank has closed the loan account. The learned counsel therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Securitization Application. Permission granted.
