Ld. counsel for the applicant has submits that IA 24/2023 and IA_514/2022_
have been filed for condonation of delay.
I have heard ld. counsel for the applicant on these lAs along with the Misc.
application.

The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant to set
aside the dismissal of OA 5812020 vide order dated 09.09.2022. It has been submitted that on account of some mistake, the OA_58/2020_ was withdrawn while
the account had not been liquidated by the defendants.Itis requested to set aside the order dated 9.9.2022. As the other side was not present on that date therefore, the present application is being heard without hearing the other side. The order dated 9.9.2022 passed on the basis of statement given by the ld. Counsel for the applicant which was due to some mistake. In the interest of justice order dated 9.9.2022 is hereby set aside and this Misc. application is accordingly, allowed. The OA 58/2020 is restored to its original number. Let the information be given to defendants for this order and the date fixed in O.A. Put up on 3.4.2023 for hearing and disposal of the OA. Order be uploaded on the Tribunal's website.
