the respondent sanctioned moratorium uptoSeptember,2021 and accordingly they should repay theloan amountin 200 EMIS commencing from October, 2021 andln acceptance thereof, the applicants executed necessarydocuments' However, they failed topayEMIS from October,2021 to January, 2022 and hence theloan account had to be classified as NPA on 71.01.2022 asper RBIguidelines and Securitization measures were commenced by issuing sec.13(2)demand notice calling upon the applicants topay outstandingduesof Rs.7,86,38,L74.20ps as on 20.01.2022 within 60days from the date of notice. The applicants raisedobjectionsto the demand notice on 29.03.2022 statingthat the loan account was classified as NPA and Securitizationmeasureswere initlated illegally and also to extendmoratoriumfor 12 more months. The respondent issued reply to the objectionson 07.O4.zOzZ rejecting the allegations andthe request for further moratorium. Thereafter,as nopayment was madeas per demand notice, the respondent issued Sec.13(4) possession notice dated 26.04.2022, affixed the sameon the schedule property andpublished in twoleading newspapers viz., Business Standard and Nava Telangana,English and Telu gu newspapers respectively, on 30.04.7022.
