Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Shri Iqbal Aziz and has made a statement at the bar that the defendants have paid Rs.1,35,000/- and account has been adjusted and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn . Registrar is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
