On 10.02.2023, defendant filed written statement, wherein she alleged that the application is not maintainable; signatures were obtained upon the blank documents; application has not been filed by an authorized person; amount claimed in the OA is highly excessive; statement of accounts has not been certified under the Banker’s Book of Evidence Act. 4. On 06.03.2023, applicant bank filed replication to the written statement filed by defendant wherein applicant bank denied all the averments raised in her written statement. 5. In order to prove its case, the Bank has placed on record the affidavit of Mr. Neeraj Kapoor, Senior Manager along with the loan and security documents and marked them as Exhibit A-1 to A-18. 6. I have perused the evidence on the record. Defendant has led no evidence to prove the contentions raised in her written statement. I am of the considered view that the Bank has proved its case that it had advanced the loan of Rs.45.00 lacs and on 25.03.2022, a sum of Rs.68,56,800/- was due. 7.
