I.A. No.550/2023 has been filed by the applicant bank along with put up I.A. No. 551/2023 for withdrawal of the matter as the loan account is settled under the OTS and the ‘No Dues Certificate’ has also been issued.
In this view of the matter let the case be disposed of as withdrawn and accordingly all the I.A. petitions are disposed of along with the O.A. As far as the refund of court fee is concerned, appropriate petition is required to be filed before the Ld. Registrar, who has to pass the order as per Rules.
Accordingly, earlier date i.e. 23.11.2023 stands cancelled.
