ORDER
2' As per the averments in the apprication, the Appricant Bank states that the defendant avaired home roan of Rs.38.50 rakhs vide sanction retter dated 17.10.2017 for purchase of frat more fury described in the schedule to OA. The defendant executed demand promissory note, letter L 435, Letter L 44O, L 513, 1516 and undertakings etc. To secure due repayment the defendant deposited the tiue rerating to the property i.e., Registered sale deed no.2052 /20t7 dated 06.Il.2Ot7. After availing the loan facility, the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the appricant bank was constrained to classify the account as NpA o, 022 and issued demand notice dated 07.07,2018.
