Ld. Counsel Shri Mukesh Tiwari appeared on behalf of applicant bank and stated that he has already filed original postal receipts along with tracking reports.
As per office reports, notice to defendant no. 3 had been return undelivered with postal remark “no such person at this place” whereas notice to defendant no.1 & notice to defendant no. 2, 3 ( at their second address) had been return undelivered with postal remark “not met”.
None appeared on behalf of defendants. List the case on 27.10.2023 before Hon’ble the Court for further orders.
