	Learned counsel for the applicant bank by put up petition being No. IA 999 of 2023 has filed IA 1000/2023 annexing schedule X, at page 8, a separate property of defendant nos. 1 & 2, for attachment alongwith the secured properties annexed to the OA application as the other properties which are described in OA application are not satisfied the entire dues of the applicant bank and has prayed for attachment of the schedule X property which is annexed in IA 1000 of 2023. Notice has been served on defendant no. 1 and notice has also been served on defendant no. 2 by paper publication. None of the defendants appears today. Before issuance of order of attachment, the defendant no. 1 & 2 are directed to show-cause why they will not furnish the security to satisfy the claim of the bank, failing which the separate property in schedule ‘X’, annexed to the application IA 1000 of 2023 shall be attached. In this connection, the defendants are restrained from alienating the schedule ‘X’ property in IA 1000 of 2023. The defendants are also restrained from alienating schedule- ‘X’ property annexed to OA 290 of 2022 at page 146, till the disposal of the OA application. Put up application being No. IA 999 of 2023 is disposed of. Fix both the matters being OA and the IA 1000 of 2023 on 24.11.2023.
