1 Whereas the applicant bank has frled the instant OA in this Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs. 27,70,221.64 together with future and pendentelite interest, cost etc. against the defendants.

2 Whereas during the pendency of the case before the DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account.

3 Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 13th Day of May, 2023lhe Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have

deposited the overdue amount of Rs. 13.g6 Lac (Rupees Thirteen Lac and Eighty Six Thousand only). The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. rn view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA 257t22 is disposed of as withdrawn Court fee be refunded as per rules.
