The applicant’s counsel seeks the Tribunal’s permission to withdraw the Original Application stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties under the one time settlement scheme “Lakshya Agriculture/MSME/Retail” dated 21^st May 2021. Under the propounded scheme, the applicant received the sum of Rs.3,05,000/in full and final satisfaction of the applicant’s claim after selling the hypothecated vehicles. Mr Upadhyay, representing the applicant, submits that though the request is made to refund the court fees, the applicant does not press for the relief in terms thereof and therefore,

the question of passing the order concerning the refund of court fees does not arise. Mr Upadhyay seeks permission to withdraw the Original Application. Permission granted.
