Original Application vide Power of Attorney dated 29.02.2016, which is Annexure A1 to this OA. 2. The brief facts of the OA are that the defendant No.1 through its proprietress defendant no.2 had approached the applicant bank for the grant of Cash Credit Limit of Rs.60.00 Lacs under CGTMSE scheme and further for its enhancement/renewal to Rs.90.00 Lacs and also for a Term loan of Rs.18.91 Lacs under GECL scheme. 3. The applicant Bank sanctioned the Cash Credit Limit of Rs.60.00 Lacs under CGTMSE scheme and further enhanced/renewed it to Rs.90.00 Lacs and also sanctioned a Term loan of Rs.18.91 Lacs under GECL scheme vide Sanction Letters dated 27.12.2019, 23.01.2015, 30.12.2019 and 07.10.2020, which are Annexures A2, A6, A10 and A11 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. 4. Defendants had hypothecated their movable properties i.e. Stock of bed sheets, blankets and embroidery suits and clothes etc. and its receivables vide Agreement of hypothecation dated 17.12.2013, which is Annexure A4 to this OA. The loan accounts became irregular and were classified as NPA and after adjusting debit and credit entries in loan accounts there was a debit of Rs.1,35,23,586.42p, which is recoverable and the defendants were served recall notices but they did not repay the
