- The applicant filed the Original Application to recover Rs.49,88,137.76. During the Original Application’s pendency, the parties have amicably settled the dispute for an amount of Rs.20,94,000/-. The applicant confirms the receipt of the amount in the sum of Rs.20,94,000/- in full and final satisfaction of its claim. The applicant has ascertained that the court fees is paid by it and not paid from the borrower’s account and therefore, the borrower’s consent is not necessary.
