The applicant seeks the Tribunal’s permission to withdraw the Original Application stating that they have settled the matter under the Domestic Recovery Policy, 2020 and issued a sanction letter on 6^th May 2022. Pursuant to the settlement, the defendants paid a sum of Rs.50.51 lakhs in full and final satisfaction of the applicant’s claim. On 19^th May 2022, the applicant issued no dues certificate to the defendants. The applicant does not press for the refund of court fees and requests the Tribunal to return the original documents. Mr. Bamne requests the Tribunal to allow him to withdraw the Original Application. Permission granted.
