In this case defendants have not been served till date. This OA pertains to year 2022. Today, Mr.Badhran, again requests for issuance of fresh summonses. A perusal of the file would show that on 04.08.2022; 08.09.2022 and 25.01.2023 notices were issued to the defendants. However, despite various opportunities, applicant bank failed to serve the notices upon the defendants. It appears that applicant bank is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, OA is hereby dismissed for non-compliance.
