Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Shri Ajeet Singh, Branch Manager, and has made a statement at the Bar that the parties have compromised the matter for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn . Registrar is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
