The matter is taken through Video Conference. 1. In this matter the counsel who was engaged by the applicant bank submits that the bank has taken away all the files from him. No representation by the applicant-bank. Earlier there were two matters in which Mr. Kadam was appearing, they were also taken back but there was a representation there. The bank is knowing very well that this matter is coming up today so dismissed. Even the law officer who has the duty to take care of cases and see no adverse orders are passed is also not present. The proceedings are through VC and when the Bank has taken back the files they should make arrangements.
