Heard on the application for recalling of order dated 11.02.2023 and restoration of OA No.260/2020. It is stated in the application that a Lok Adalat was fixed up for 11.02.2023 in which this case was wrongly withdrawn. In fact, the case of similar nature was pending in DRT-III, Chandigarh, which was in fact to be withdrawn and inadvertently this case was withdrawn. Nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the defendants in this case. In view of this, this application is allowed and OA No.260/2020 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
