The original application 404/2020 was dismissed on 17.10.2023 for non-prosecution as none appeared. No one appeared on the last date of hearing i.e. on 18.11.2023. 3. There is nothing in the MA to show as to why they are not appeared on the said dates, why no representation was not made when there is system in the bank to follow up the matters. On the said dates neither the counsel appears nor the officer of the bank appeared in the matter and no reasons given in the MA. 4. In view of the above, I pass the following order . ORDER |
