File taken up today on the application for preponement filed by the applicant. Heard on MA No.7312023 for restoration of fSA No.49l2022, which was dismissed in defautt on 15.09.2023 on account of non-appearance of counsel for the applicant and the present MA was filed on 21.09.2023. It js stated in the application that due to personal difficulty and some emergency in the family, she could not appear on 15.09.2023.
14r.Akant Mittal has made a statement at the Bar that though he does not want to file reply, yet, he opposes the restoration application.
Since, the appiication for restoration was filed within six days of the dismissal of the TSA and for the reason mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, MA stands
disposed of.
TSA No.49l2022 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
