Mr.Ankit Kaushal, counsel for respondent has no objection provided the applicant is burdened with some costs. Considering the circumstances, applicant is burdened with costs of Rs.5,000/- to paid to PGI Poor Patient Relief Funds, Chandigarh. In view of this, the MA is allowed and disposed of .
