In para 17 of the said order, the petitioners have been given liberty for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent no.1 with accrued interest from DRT, Aurangabad after the execution of re-convenience deed by the respondent no.3 in favour of respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 getting the possession of flat from respondent no.3. |
