Bamne & Co. appeared for the defendant. By way of the present MA, the applicant is seeking correction in the impugned RC i.e. RC No. 53/2022. Heard both sides on the present MA. After considering the contentions of the parties and after going through the final order dated 29/08/2022 and more specifically para 9 (i)(c) where the penal interest @ 2% p.a. is allowed however, on perusing the RC No. 53/2022, it appears that there is typographical error, as in para-C of the RC the penal interest has been mentioned as 2% p.a. instead of 2% p.m. thus, the objection raised in the present |
MA is typographical error and the same is hereby corrected. Registry is hereby directed to do necessary correction in the RC No. 53/2022 with the red ink with the sign of the undersigned.
