The present chamber appeal has been tiled against the order passed by ld. Registrar on 24.4.2023 wherein it is observed tat the applicant did not deposit deficit court fees and did not remove the defects despite of the time given for more than ten days. It is not in dispute that deficit court fee has not been paid as per order passed by registrar. In such circumstances there is no illegality or irregularity and impropriety on the part of the registry by passing said order. Hence the Chamber appeal is liable to be dismissed. Ld. counsel for the applicant further submits that he has paid the deficit court fee on 6.5.2023. If the applicant is still willing to continu~ the S. application which has bee.;"registered as Diary no. 368/2023, he may approached before the registrar pointing out ·that defect has been removed including the payment of the deficit crmrt Ices. The registrar may pass the appropriate order for registration of the SA if it is not otherwise barred by any rules or law. The applicant may move the application before the registry within seven days. No. further time shall be extended thereafter.
