This Chamber Appeal No.2/2023 has been moved against the orders passed by the Registrar on 24thFebruary, 2023 declining to registration of the Original Application. Several chances were given but the objections were not removed. 2. To start with it is stated that the objections are formal in nature but it is not the case.
		3. The counsel has been appearing on the dates but the objections have not been removed. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the SA applicant submits
		that he was out of station from 10thDecember to 17th
		December, 2022 and as such he could not present before the
		Registry to remove the objections. The matter cannot be kept on the board like this. 5. Even today the compliance of those objections were not removed. It is not possible to restore the matter because again the dates will be taken.
