Record reveals that no one is appearing on behalf of applicant bank since 27.09.2021 and applicant bank has also not filed its affidavit of service till date despite being granted sufficient opportunities. It is observed that the applicant bank is not interested in pursuing the matter.
In the light of the above, OA stands dismissed in default for want of non-prosecution.
