Counsel for applicant is present. Officer of the bank is present submits there are no bidders for the schedule sale and the SA has become infructuous.
Applicant has challenged the sale notice dated 16.06.2022 and the prayer sought in the SA is to set aside impugned sale notice dated 16.06.2022.
As the sale did not materialize and there are no other measures under challenge is within 45 days, hence nothing survives in the SA for adjudication. Accordingly, SA.No.341/2022 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted if any stands vacated. Any pending IA/s if any are disposed of in term of this order. No order as to cost.
