ORDER
interim order of stay of all further proceedings subject to condition of appellant remitting 20% of possession notice amount viz., 10% within three weeks and another 10% within three weeks thereafter, failing which interim order shall stand vacated and respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed further as per law.
