Sh. Karan Dev, states that he has received instructions from the bank that they have withdrawn the notice under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act.
In view of this, Sh. Rajneesh Chauhan, proxy counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the bar that he does not want to pursue the present application. Accordingly, the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
