After hearing both parties, the applicant is hereby directed to deposit the entire overdue amount of Rs. 84,04,022/- within 6 months from today. The applicant shall deposit the first instalment by 26/08/2022. The applicant shall deposit the regular instalment with the bank apart from the six instalments of overdue amount. The applicant shall deposit the instalment on or before 10thday of every month. In case the applicant deposits the amount as directed herein above the respondent shall not take possession of the property in question.
