FINAL ORDER
Advocate Jayashankar learned counsel for the applicant is present. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed statement on oath of one Shri.Boben.K, Chief Manager of the applicant bank contending that the applicant bank has received Rs.18,00,000/on 12.09.2022 in full and final settlement of the entire amounts due from the defendants under Bank’s OTS scheme and nothing remains to be recovered from the defendants. Hence prayed to close the OA in view of the settlement. In such premises, the OA is disposed as settled out of Tribunal.
