It is stated therein that a claim of Rs.48,67,952/- was made vide the said O.A. Itis submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant Bank that the full and final settlement amount has been received by the Applicant Bank. The said application is supported by an affidavit of Shri Shashi Ranjan Chaudhary S/o Krishna Dev Chaudhary, Chief Manager,SBI, SARB, Patna which substantiates the contents of the said application. In view of the above, LA No. 302 of 2022 for withdrawal of the O.A stands allowed and consequently, the OA is allowed to be withdrawn. O.A No. 45 of2022 O.A No. 45 of 2022 dismissed as withdrawn with all its Interlocutory Applications, no orders as to cost. In view of the foregoing, O.A No 45 of 2022 stands disposed off. Consign the record. Registry is directed to return the original documents (if any) filed by the applicant bank to the authorized officer/authorized counsel of the Bank as per Rules.
