On 26^th November 2021, the applicant propounded the OTS Scheme whereby defendant nos.1 and 2 were found eligible. Accordingly, the 1^st and 2^nd defendants took the benefit of the OTS Scheme and made the payment in the sum of ₹2,04,41,000/- in full and final satisfaction of the applicant’s claim. Upon receiving the entire amount, the applicant closed the loan account on 29^th June 2022 as set out in paragraph no.2 to the Interlocutory Application.

Ms Chavan seeks Tribunal’s permission to withdraw the Original Application. Permission granted.
