Counsel for the applicant bank has also filed the affidavit of Shri Parampreet Singh Kahlon, and has made a statement at the bar that the parties have compromised the matter for sum of Rs.14,00,000/- and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn . Registrar is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
