During the pendency of the Recovery Proceeding the Certificate Debtor No.01 approached to the applicant-bank and compromised their loan account under prevailing One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme and the loan
		account of CD No.01 (Principal Borrower) has been compromised for an amount of Rs.10,31,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Thirty-One Thousand only) as full and final settlement against the claim of Rs.10,31,000/- and closed the loan account on 25^thNovember, 2022.
		2. The applicant has made out the case for withdrawal of the Recovery Certificate as it is satisfied.

In view of the above, I pass the following order through
Video Conference:
ORDER
A. Miscellaneous Application No.81/2022 is allowed.
B. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Recovery Officer
for information.
C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery
Proceedings.
D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum with the
original documents if in the file, the same shall be
returned to the applicant bank as per procedure.
E. Consign the file to the Record Room.
