Scheme as per the order of this Hon’ble Tribunal on 29 th
September, 2022.
2. Heard the counsel for the applicant-bank.
3. In view of the above, I pass the following order:
ORDER
A. The Miscellaneous Application No.72/2022 stands allowed.
B. Original documents of Assignment / Lease / Sale Deed related
to the mortgage property which is filed in the Original
Application No.626/2020 to be returned at the earliest by
keeping certified copies on record.
C. Consign the file to the Record Room.
