This application is supported by an affidavit of Shri Shashi Ranjan Choudhary, Chief Manager, SBI, SARB Patna which substantiates the contents of the application. Itis also supported by a copy of letter dated 02.09.2021 address to MIS. Jagdamba Flour Mill & Ors, Defendant. Under the circumstances, the MA stands allowed and RC No.450 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Original documents, if any lying with the Tribunal, be returned to the applicant bank as per rule. RC No. 450 of2017 in OA no.637 of2016 be Consigned to record. A Copy of order be sent to the parties and Ld. necessary action.
