Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Proceeding No.95/2020 issued in Original Application No.140/2014 as the matter is settled between the parties and the respondents have paid the entire liability of the bank as full and final. The applicant-bank has issued No Dues Certificate dated 24^thJune, 2022 to the respondents. 3. The applicant has made out the case for withdrawal of the Recovery Certificate as it is satisfied.

In view of the above, I pass the following order through Video Conference:

A. Miscellaneous Application No.58/2022 is allowed. B. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Recovery Officer for information.

C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery Proceedings.

D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum in respect of original documents if they are in the file, the same shall be returned to the applicant bank as per rules.

E. Consign the file to the Record Room.
