Heard Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner Bank and perused the record.
It is the contention of the Petitioner Bank that there are four defendants in O.A.498/2019 but inadvertently, the details of the Respondent/Defendant No.4 are not mentioned in Recovery Certificate No.IO4/22. However, on perusal of the record, it is clear that as per the decree dt.2g,O9.2O2L passed 19, defendants No.1to 3 are liable to pay the outstanding dues bank as claimed in the O.A and the claim of the Applicant dant No.4 for refund of amounts withheld by them was is Tribunal.
