THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. Instant Misc. Appeal is filed under Sub Section (6) of Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for expediting hearing of S.A. 52 of 2022 pending before Learned DRT-II, Kolkata. Learned Counsel for Applicant would submit that the Applicant is suffering an interim order, hence, hearing of the matter may be expedited.
As far as issue of expeditious hearing is concerned, Learned Counsel for Respondent also agrees for the same.
Accordingly, since DRT-II is also holding additional charge of DRT-III, Kolkata, I dispose of the petition with a direction to the Learned DRT-II to decide the pending S.A. 52 of 2022 expeditiously as per its own roster.
